These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LASDK website at lasdk.siklabcore.com, the LASDK account portal, and the LASDK software (together, the "Service"), provided by Siklab Core ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a license, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Your use of the LASDK software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference: /eula. In summary, a paid license grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, internal-use license for the number of seats it authorizes; the free Community edition is always available. The EULA controls the specific grant, restrictions, and seat terms.

You agree not to: (a) exceed the seats your license authorizes, share seats, or redistribute the software outside your licensed organization; (b) circumvent, disable, or tamper with the license/entitlement mechanism; (c) reverse engineer except to the extent applicable law permits; (d) use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to build a competing product from our proprietary materials; or (e) probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
LASDK, its software, website, documentation, and branding are owned by Siklab Core and protected by law. Except for the rights the EULA grants, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. our payment provider, hosting, and email providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their terms.
THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for your purpose. LASDK governs an AI-assisted process and provides evidence about completion claims; it does not guarantee the correctness of code, reviews, or any AI-generated output, and you are responsible for reviewing what you ship.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Siklab Core WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Siklab Core harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or the EULA, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the EULA (including seat/redistribution violations) or as required by law. On termination, paid entitlements revert to the free Community edition; the sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. You agree the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
