Refund Policy

Summary

LASDK is paid professional software, delivered as a signed license that activates your subscription. Access is immediate. We do not offer a general no-questions-asked trial or refund; instead we stand behind your first governed run (below). Our payment provider, Paddle, is the Merchant of Record and processes any refund.

1. First Governed Run Guarantee

If a confirmed LASDK defect prevents your first supported governed run from completing, email lasdk@siklabcore.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and details. We will help you resolve it or, if we cannot, refund your first payment. This covers genuine product or installation defects — it is not a free trial, and it does not apply to change-of-mind, unmet self-set expectations, or environment issues outside LASDK (for example a missing model subscription or AI CLI, which lasdk doctor checks before you buy).

2. Subscriptions

• You can cancel renewal anytime; cancellation stops future charges, and your license remains active until the

end of the period you already paid for. Your code and delivery evidence remain yours.

• Renewal charges are not refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion for an accidental

renewal reported promptly.

3. What is not refundable

• Change of mind, or dissatisfaction not caused by a confirmed defect, after the guarantee window (except statutory rights).
• Purchases where the license/entitlement mechanism has been circumvented or the Terms/EULA breached.
• Custom or enterprise agreements, which follow their own written terms.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights you have by law in your country (for example, EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights for digital content, subject to their conditions). Those rights apply in addition to this policy.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. On refund, the associated license is deactivated (subscriptions lapse at the end of the paid period; see the Terms).
