LASDK is digital software delivered as a license file. Because access is immediate, refunds are handled as described below. Our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, is the Merchant of Record and processes any refund.
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase, for any reason, on your first purchase of a paid license. To request one, email lasdk@siklabcore.com with your order ID.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy. On refund, the associated license is deactivated (subscriptions lapse at the end of the paid period; see the Terms).
